The bus was extremely late, making my schedule to change. I got out of Boston heading to NYC and it took 4 more hours just to get there. I understand there was traffic, but I would like the company to be able to calculate it a bit better. I was promised to arrive at 9:15 p.m, however I got off at NYC by 1:15 a.m.
