when we finished with the immigration in bangkok, we have to wait for the bus to come, we were waiting for more than 1 hour, waiting is a problem because we were in the middle of the alley and a lot if people were passing by, theres no assurance or anything, or any updatea what has been happening, no chairs.
With Virak Buntham everything was fine, loved the bus, comfortable for a half day duration time. Staff did their job well. Loved the small bakery and water they provided for the trip.
Bus was late because of events that happened at the border plus trafficjam did its job aswell
Everything good, comfortable chairs, nice stuff. Only one thing which was annoying, one of the employees listened loud music on the phone during the trip. It would be better if he use a headphones.
When i booked they said there would be free wifi and entertainment and there was nothing. I booked for the 8 oclock bus for a reason and we were moved to the 9 oclock bus and no one told us of this change. We arrived in Bangkok at 7:30 way over the expected time. Overall i was very disappointed and will not be booking with Nattakan again.
Decent trip for what it was. Bus departed an hour late - at 9am instead of 8am. Was supposed to have WiFi but didn't. Glad my things were at least safe, the staff spoke English, the driver was safe, got assistance through the border and made sure no one was left behind. AC worked great, nice snacks, drinks, and lunch provided. Glad it had a toilet on board. Rained heavily and bus leaked - my things got wet. Arrived an hour and a half late, but arrived alive without any major hassle.
