It was a terrible experience, I went to the station 20 min before departure and the bus never arrived. I had to call and changed the ticket for a later time for an extra cost which seems unfair. Then this second bus broke down in the middle of the high way and we were stuck there for an hour

Driver didn’t speak English. I paid for a ride that was HORRIBLE! The seats in from of me were broken, they keep falling on me while I was attempting to rest. It was 40 degrees outside and the bus driver said he couldn’t change the bus temperature being that the bus was too old. I’ll be calling for compensation ASAP
