The bus driver was lost once reached Cortland. Stood up and made an announcement saying, if anyone knows where the bus stop is at cortland to please come up and tell him. We drove around in circles for 15 minutes until i got up and showed the GPS to the bus stop.

The driver, Doug was very nice and informative. Not once did a driver ever tell us safety precautions, introduce themselves, make sure we are okay, etc. He did all that and then some!
