I was not happy with the travel time being more than I wanted coming all the way from Toronto. Many buses were not cleaned.

From Buffalo to St Louis was a complete disaster. My wife and I were to arrive in St Louis around 4 PM and we did not get here until almost 11 PM. The bus in buffalo was late and did not leave until an hour and a half after the departure time. The driver was extremely rude and did not care about the fact that we were going to miss all the connecting busses. This is my first time riding with Greyhound and I can honestly say I will never willingly book with Greyhound again because this experience left a very bad taste in my mouth.
