I arrived 20 mins early as the ticket stated. We left 5 minutes later. This worries me that I might “miss” my bus in the future because the bus wants to leave early. The only thing I can think is the bus driver took a head count and knew he could leave without missing anyone. Leaving DC at 7:05AM I was scheduled to arrive in Buffalo at 8:50pm. My connecting bus in Baltimore was over an hour late. This caused me to miss my connection in Harrisburg PA. I was then rerouted, with some backtracking, through to NYC at 10pm. This did allow me to get NYC pizza which is a plus but I arrived in Buffalo at 6am. So that pizza cost me some Dollars, 9 hours of my time and a good nights sleep in a warm bed. I like taking the bus because it is inexpensive (alternative to flying) but will not take it if I have plans the next day.
