Driver Cetin Cakmak did not want to allow me on the bus, screamed at me in front of all the passengers, made me cry, and ruined my whole trip. Never ever in my life have I had a man yelling at me like that. Unbelievable and very upsetting. Shame on Pamukkale customer service.
