Both drivers were very poor. The first one used his phone all the time in heavy traffic & windy roads & often had no hands on the wheel. Both drivers smoked in a non smoking bus. The second driver used the outside lane all the time which is dangerous. They should both be sacked
The staff provided the snacks, tea, water only 1 hour before the arrival in Antalya after stopping at a restaurant for lunch. Although it was a 6 hour journey from Marmaris, snacks were served after 5 hours. The heater was not switched on until i told the staff to. it was very cold inside and outside
The driver was not driving safely, he used his phone all the time - either talking or watching something on the display. He stopped couple of times nor on the designated stops and picked up some passengers.
Absolutely horrible. Worst bus journey in my life. Rude staff, 2,5 hours late, no explanation, no information, no English. Stopped in Fethiye for 1 hour and nobody even explained why. The driver was stopping every 20 minutes to pick up some people with tomatoes crates. No toilets stops at all. Will never use this service again.
Please train the staff NOT smoking in salon or near the open door. Awful smell in cabin. In addition please define correct time in route for bus leaving Marmaris BS at 13.00. There is absolutely no possibility to drive to Antalya for 4h3in as in ticket. In fact we'd arrive at 19.12. 6 hours
Bus ride was great, wifi, On time, AC, reclining seats, offered snack and drink! Only complaint: Seat cushion was thin allowing the metal sides of the seat to not be well padded.
Unnecessarily long wait in Fetiye with no chance of arriving on time in Antalya. Wait on the road after that with no explanation given to passengers. Was it then necessary to have a further 20 min break after that?
The staff were nice but smoking on the bus the whole trip. As I was in the first row, it was hard to breath. My ticket was for a 4 and a half hour journey which took 6 hours.
