Bus was filthy. There were cocroaches everywhere. We had an 8 hour delay for just a puncture, unacceptable, the headrest covers were not replaced or cleaned at all. However the drives were good and helpful. No feedback was given by the bus company regarding the delay. They were hagling about price, hence the delay. No customer satisfaction or interaction.
