I was changed into different busses due to an overload of passengers in the bus I was assigned to, and in the midst of that, my luggage consisting of two suitcases was lost. I contacted the bus drivers and the eagle liner office, and no one was able to track my luggage. Very bad coordination, unsafe and unreliable.
