The space between the seats is very narrow and when the passenger in front of release their seat then there is no space for the person at the back. The TVs didn't work either. I was supposed to travel in a double decker, but a single decker was sent without notification. The first bus had a funny sound at the back wheels and the second bus were very bumpy. I sat at the back and the toilet door squeaked every time someone entered the toilet. The trip was very unpleasant, both ways.

We were stopped by taxi patrol for an hour at Grasmere. who said that kind of minibus not permitted. My family called jmpd and saps, otherwise we would have been forced to go back to Park station.Drivers tried their best to be cheerful but they left us in the dark re.
