It was horrible... A sprinter picked me up 1hr and 15min late and took me to Heidelberg mall, where I waited almost 2hrs for the bus. Initially my trip was to be 09:00 to get me to Durban station at 5pm... I reached Durban 9pm... It's the 3rd time in a row that I've used InterCity and eagleline and always same scenario...
