What I liked about the intercity Xpress is that the bus seats were very comfortable, everything looked proper, what I did not like is that the bus had a very loud smell of urine, there was urine dripping under my seat,I also did like how the bus attendants treated us,we never or they never allowed us to make a stop, refresh at any filling station

My experience is rather disappointed. The bus did not arrive as per schedule time 14H45 it only showed up at about 19H58 after numerous follow up with the staff at Pretoria station and a call to customer service.
Although a message was sent notifying me of, 1st a 2hour 30min delay and thereafter a 3hour operational delay, no updates were communicated or feedback on when the situation could be resolved. It was just a perpetual wait of over 4 hours.
I have just arrived in Nelspruit at 23H35 and I’m left stranded with no public transport to take me to my final destination.
Appalling service.

I am not happy about the address I was given for the bus, I nearly missed the bus. It just said pretoria luxury coaches, I then went to Google maps, we drove there with my sister, the direction dropped us boom street. Please please provide physical addresses for your pickups and drop offs.
