First of all the ladies at the check I’m Bosman station are rude and unfriendly. Second of all the bus was late.. lastly we got stuck on N4 without any help sat there for 3hrs I had to take a taxi and paid R100 again

I am not happy about the address I was given for the bus, I nearly missed the bus. It just said pretoria luxury coaches, I then went to Google maps, we drove there with my sister, the direction dropped us boom street. Please please provide physical addresses for your pickups and drop offs.
