I did not enjoy my trip, 1st the bus was late, they exchanged buses in park station then while we where on the way at 3am they told us to exchange buses again in the middle of nowhere with no valid reasons just because the office asked them to no good customer service at all I cannot even begin to describe the one they changed us to it was a nightmare and the driver played loud music no rest at all we arrived late every now and then the driver has to stop and pour water on the bus hainxa!

The bus left Pretoria @17:10 while the time recorded when I bought the tickets was 18:00 I reach the station at 17:30 I was then given R100.00 for gautrain which was not even enough to get me to park station. I was told that the bus will wait for me at park station and the bus was not there 😭😭 I had to wait up until another bus came around 10:00 pm I will never book Delta anymore and I will not recommend it to anyone
