Absolutely horrible i was in transit from scottburgh to heidelberg gauteng and when we reached pinetown while at a traffic light waiting for it to go green so the bus was in complete transit my luggage got stolen from the luggage compartment which was not locked by the bus driver and when i asked what now whats to happen The driver absolutely refused to assist me in anyway Ive emailed ive phoned and NOTHING!!! Absolutely disgusting behaviour and awful service
