Enjoyed:Driver was friendly not enjoyed:bus(918) didnt have charging port and we were stuck at traffic for whole 2 to 3 hours with low battery and we struggle to request as we arrive late at bus station because of traffic.

Customer service was non existing, bus was delayed by 4 hours only to pass us at the pick up point, they said the bus full. We never left. The whole experience was excruciatingly uncomfortable, horrible and frustrating.
