Peter Pan Amherst Boston recent customer reviews
The bus was late by 15 to 20 minutes based on the departure time, but then the driver made up for the time. He was very courteous and professional. The bus was spotless and comfortable. I'd take Peter Pan again.

The bus was first off very late! Then the bus arrived, and there was a woman in need of the wheelchair ramp to get into the bus. The bus driver sad he could not figure it out and wouldn’t tell us what was going on or when we would be leaving. After about an hour a second bus arrived and again the driver and second bus driver could not figure out how to work it. We then waited for about 30/40 minutes for a third bus. This bus set me back and ruined my holiday travel plans. I was interested in giving peter pan my service about 2/3 times a month round trip but after this experience i’m not sure what to do. Hope the company can make it up to each and every person that was thrown off by the incident.
