Positives: The bus was extremely clean, comfortable and made for an enjoyable 3 hr drive to Andorra la Vella. Only Negative & maybe it was due to the Driver's lack of English was the he spoke and or hand gestured to us in a manner that was both aggressive & rude. We didn't know that we both had to enter the bus at the same time.

The bus was overbooked and people were being turned away from the bus, despite having tickets. The seating was also a mess with the assigned seats not being followed (again probably due to double booking). This is unacceptable for a bus booking company. Booking a ticket should guarantee the seat and the bus journey. I would not recommend this company in the future.

Very fast trip with amazing scenery the whole way. 6 mins. late to leave as driver kindly waited for some passengers. No coffee is allowed on board. Explanation at the Andorran border should be provided in more than just Catalan /Spanish verbally as most of us tourists didn't know what to do, delaying the border crossing process. Perhaps consider English & French which would have clarified process for most of us.
