Very comfortable ride, value for money
Bus was really uncomfortably hot
The trip was very good. My problem is I didn’t understand the driver as he only spoke Spanish and I didn’t realize the stop in Zaragoza was long enough for a toilet break or that there was a toilet on the bus.
It would be nice to get some more info on the road about in how much time we will get to the destinations
The best one
The trip was OK - not very comfortable, but bearable.
Reserve un asiento específico, luego el número de asiento para nada era el seleccionado. Un timo pagar 36 euros por ir en una lata de sardinas, una pena!
The bus was timely and clean however I found the staff to be unhelpful.
Very nice service
no plugs to charge our phones No wifi On a 8hour long ride
The bus driver was very helpful, I just wish he speaks more English. :) The bus I think is great because it has on board entertainment. My only complaint is that I booked for 2 seats (me and my wife) and the seats that the computerized booking system gave us are not seated beside each other. I had to ask one passenger if she was willing to swap seats, good thing she agreed.
Driver was rude to me and then the bus broke and a long delay.
No wifi as promised, no a single way to know which type of bus you get. I wanted to pay more for a better bus but there wasn't any way to do so.
Everything just the way it should be. Thank you!
Very happy Will always use
Had good experience
Barcelona to Zaragoza driver was fatigued and failed to maintain a constant line and scared us a little. The toilet was the most disgusting, no water, no flush or paper and urine all over the floor and walls. Seating arrangement was the worst. Both our tv screens did not work. Wifi kept on expiring. Ticket did not say time of arrival and we expected to arrive at estacion del sur Madrid where we booked a hotel near by and that was not the case.
The driver try to avoid answering my question.
really good service, we even got in Madrid 15 minutes earlier.
We thought the bus drivers were very professional. The weather was atrocious with heavy rain and strong winds and the driver took considerable care.
The driver is very nice..
The only problem was that driver didn’t understand or speak English at all.
Driver was very arrogant, not helpful at all! Bus was okey, nothing special
Usually I don’t mind the bus and I can sleep but there were too many stops and kept being woken up by the loud driver that spoke no English at all.
Muy bien servicio incluso muchonmejor de otros paises a los cuales he ido
