Bus Tickets from Brightline Miami Station to Orlando

2 hour delayed departure but reached in time... Actually we arrived 10:00 am from our cruise and were delighted that departure was delayed

Booked a 7am bus ride and just before 7 an email was received stating the ride was cancelled. No back up bus. Nothing. Just left there stranded.

I had a very bad experience with FlixBus today. The trip was delayed for 1 hour and 30 minutes, the bus smelled very bad we couldn't breathe

Pick up was on time, the journey was comfortable, all 5.5 hrs it. Drop off time was on the button. The accuracy of the time for the journey was amazing. The driver was very courteous. I would use this service again and I highly recommend them.

The service itself was fantastic, I did have to contact customer support to get clear instructions on where to wait at the airport so maybe attaching a picture of the station to all trips would be great

My first trip was fine. Me and my wife were going on vacation. We had the same size bag were able to carry on the train. No problem they all fit within the parameters of the rules no issues. Unfortunately, on the return trip from Miami to Orlando, the person in the ticket counter insisted that my wife’s bag was oversized, which is completely impossible. It was the exact same size as my bag Saint Brown just a different pattern and charge me $30 to check the bag. Not all happy I have a complaint in with Brightline with pictures of both bags side-by-side, etc.. We’ll see what happens with that.

It was my first time using Brighline and I enjoyed the ride. It's a very convenient way to travel: It's comfortable, clean, rapid and on time. I will use it more often.

The ride was great, but my ticket to Miami told me I was in Coach 10 which did not exist when I reached the platform. There were only 4 coaches. I was able to find an agent who got me into Coach 4 within 2 minutes of the train leaving the station. That was nerve wrecking for this 73 year old.
