The wifi was not working. The chairs don't have a number so my family was split.

The Bus was over 4 hours late. The premises lack bathrooms - the Staff directing Customers to unbelievably deplorable, filthy, unsanitary Porta-John units located outside of the building - causing One to hold any needs, or risk missing the transport in search of acceptable facilities. All things considered, I would never recommend Greyhound to anyone!

Despite the fact that the coach broke down from Atlanta to Charlotte, which caused a 3 hour delay, the staff and drivers were professional and kind.

First of all the scheduled departure from Charlotte was delayed for 30 minutes. Then the electrical outlets were all broken and usb ports were all loose that we weren’t able to charge our phones properly. And the most dissappointing thing was there was no heater! We almost froze to death! I will not ride this bus in the future!
