Great seats that reclined all the way back. Toilet paper on most of the trip and the toilet was never disgusting.
Bus broke down, sat on the side of the road for 5+ hours before they decided to order another bus (that one we didn't know when it might show up). Only didn't miss my hostel check-in because I ended up hitchhiking the last hour and a half to Salta with a stranger.
The cama seats were very comfortable. They turned radio and lights off at 9pm - very much appreciated. Boxed dinner was gross. Breakfast was not adequate. Lunch at a restaurant was fine. They drove very safely. The bus showed up a bit late but we arrived on time. It would have been nice if they had English announcements and entertainment.

I was disappointed as I expected a comfortable bus with sleeping facilities, maybe my fault that I got this wrong. However, the bus was warn the handle at the front fell off when I used it to get up. The window leaked when it rained and finally the bus broke down. The bus drivers were very kind, explaining what was happening. We were promised a new bus would come but after two hours waiting, none came. Eventually, the bus driver flagged down another bus from a different company and we got a lift to another town. We then had to change buses and arrived 5 hours late. By this time there was no water on the bus and we were not offered anything to eat or drink, so I had to spend money I had not expected to. It did seem like the busses were old and the company did not have any care for the customers.

The bus broke down 4hrs from the destination. There was no explanation, I had to keep asking and we waited in the heat for hours. We arrived over 4hours late, and the journey was supposed to be 20hrs long
Really disappointed no wifi I booked this particular bus and paid more because I really needed wifi it wasn't available and it's cost me a lot of money if it wasn't available should be advertised
I purchased 2 tickets for a bus with wifi and layback seats as it was a 20 hour trip. I didn't get either of these things. The bus was 1 hour late to depart. There was rubbish on the floor when we entered the bus. My luggage was wet when we arrived so my clothes were too. Very unhappy
