It was super good, comfortable, quick, good value for money. I would recommend to everybody
Perfecto todo, único detalle sería que no funcionan casi ninguno de los cargadores de celulares en los asientos
This is a night bus service and no blanket was provided. Also in this modern era there should be outlets for phone charging. We were also in the bus for 5 hours before any food or drink was given. This shouldn’t be as long.
According to 34 reviews, CATA Internacional received a 3.6-star rating for this journey. Travelers were especially satisfied with the staff and the timeliness, but some complained about the power outlets. CATA Internacional ticket prices on this trip start at $42.00

I was really impressed with the service on the bus, our hostess was lovely. The toilets were clean, and the entertainment facilities were up to date with a good selection of things to watch and usb port for charging devices. I requested via email that my meal be gluten free and I was really impressed that they catered for me and the food was pretty good!
Loved the cams suite, it was the first one that I’ve taken in Argentina. Very comfy and the nonstop route from Mendoza was very nice and quick. Everything was clean and the staff very helpful.
Smooth travel on the night bus, seats were comfortable if not a little dated and worn out. Staff were friendly, though it was dubious having a man loading the luggage and asking for cash to do so “because it’s his job”. Would be nice if this additional cost was made more transparent before booking, or at least an optional extra. I’m perfectly capable of loading bags myself and I am a little reticent at having to pay for something I had no choice about... It was also advertised as having wi-fi, but there was no wifi. There was entertainment but it was all in Spanish. I do speak a little Spanish and am happy to do so for the most part, but it would have been nice if there were some English or other language options with subtitles.

I took an overnight bus from Mendoza to Buenos Aires. It is mandatory to put our big backpack in the bus' truck. Upon arrival in Buenos-Aires I found out that my backpack has been searched and an old phone i took as a backup had been stolen from it, and my stuff scattered in the truck of the bus. The staff was extremely nonchalant, just offered that my stuff had fallen from my backpack. I asked how since my backpack was closed and I'm supposed to give a receipt to access it, no answer. I'd never ride again with Chevallier.
Thought the seat was very comfortable however the USB charging points did not work and the service left a lot to be desired. Granted meals aren’t a given but they were provided when I traveled with Andesmar as well as cups of water or tea etc. So I think they can improve on their hospitality as the price was the same but the service was not!
Booked the cama suite downstairs and it’s the best seat on any bus I travelled on. Full recline for bed. Was very comfortable. Food was also great.
