Thought the seat was very comfortable however the USB charging points did not work and the service left a lot to be desired. Granted meals aren’t a given but they were provided when I traveled with Andesmar as well as cups of water or tea etc. So I think they can improve on their hospitality as the price was the same but the service was not!
The bus was very cold the entire trip. Even after people told the staff we were freezing they did not do anything about it. The food was dry and without taste. We did not get blankets either. The bingo session was really annoying.

Booked the cama suite downstairs and it’s the best seat on any bus I travelled on. Full recline for bed. Was very comfortable. Food was also great.

Bus was comfortable, had a few films and I was given a pillow and blanket. There was no WiFi or obvious charging points although that was expected. Staff came round several times to offer drinks. Only real negative was we took single carriageway almost the entire way from Mendoza to Buenos Aires and I was at the front of the top deck. This meant seeing lights flying towards us far too quickly and far too close to our bus all night!
This is a night bus service and no blanket was provided. Also in this modern era there should be outlets for phone charging. We were also in the bus for 5 hours before any food or drink was given. This shouldn’t be as long.
The driver George and Sebastian were great and even though the bus was a bit late it was so nice to have someone who spoke English and took great care of me on such a long bus ride.
The bus was freezing cold, no food was provided (pretty sure I paid for food) and the USB chargers didn't work.
A truly awful service, no food, no WiFi, no charging points for phones and no toilet paper in the filthy toilet.
I was really impressed with the service on the bus, our hostess was lovely. The toilets were clean, and the entertainment facilities were up to date with a good selection of things to watch and usb port for charging devices. I requested via email that my meal be gluten free and I was really impressed that they catered for me and the food was pretty good!
It was fine, simply traffic in BA for the morning was congested.
Very good and spacious seats. We had a hot meal and wine, soft drinks, coffee etc.
Not the most comfortable semi cama seats, they barely reclined at all, meal provided was a small sandwich 30 mins before the end of a 15h journey.
The seats were very comfy and the staff was amazing

The passengers were noisy an did not sit in their proper seats. A family kept on moving around playing musical chairs which disturbed people napping. The assigned seatings were not monitored.

When I booked the ticket I paid for the option with a meal - however no meal was provided &I was hungry all night
The 'hot meal' was an Alfajor and half a cup of coffee at 05:40... That is not a meal. The seats were very uncomfortable, and I was constantly bumping into the person next to me while trying to get comfortable
Great sleeping arrangement. Pleasantly Surprised by dinner service and aperitif. However bus was 2 hours late in arriving in part due to traffic and construction.
Cama suite good for stretching out! Quick and easy. Air a bit stuffy despite air conditioning & food quality so-so.

El colectivo salio 1:30 horas tarde. Le pregunte al chofer cuanto iba a tardar, me dijo que llegaba puntual porque no iba a hacer paradas. Finalmente llegó a destino 2 horas tarde. Estuvimos 15 horas arriba del micro, y el refrigerio que nos dieron fue un paquete con 2 galletitas. Pasaron 2 veces la misma película, que para colmo era malísima.
Uncomfortable, too hot, no food and no cold water during 17h, 2h late at arrival... Frankly horrible.
Todo muy bien! Mucho espacio aunque pague un ticket sin servicio, todo 10 puntos
