Bus drivers do not wait for reborders, this was my first time trip with a bus and I totally hate it. My bus did not wait for me. Gate numbers ar innacurate on bus stations, no customer service in Saint Louis, I still have no idea where is my luggage. This is terrible, the most terrible trip in my life. Bus drivers do not know directions, I dont know how many bad things happened. But thanks for exchanging my ticket for giving me wrong instructions and leaving me in Saint Louis.

Rudest EVER. White driver from indiana or kansas city was racist as fuck & out of maybe 50 greyhound employees i encountered...3 were nice . They all work angry. Omg
