It was so cold in the bus. I told the driver to increase the temperature but she didn't and said other passengers would not satisfy with that. But I saw some of other passengers were freezing and have blankets on them. Under such circumstances, the driver must ask passengers for their opinion. I felt so bad and I had a cold after arriving.
