Outgoing ride was OK, but when we came to Campagnha bus station, nobody could help us faind the location of our return ride. An attendant even told me that our prepaid tickets with bar code were not valid tickets at all! Si, we missed Our return ride at 9PM to Lisbon.

The AC on the bus wasn’t working which really ruined most of the ride. The bus felt like a sauna and it was hard to rest or relax. Near the end of the trip the bus driver ended up opening the window which helped a little but overall not the greatest experience.

The bus driver left me at a stop in Fatima and I ended up losing my backpack because of that... He didn't specify the time he would stop and left without making sure everyone in the bus was back! Really bad
