Poor service the entire trip. Driver had heart attack Vegas delayed and rerouted. Had to wait for driver flown in from Phonix to drive the route. Travel to Grand Junction, Colorado delayed driver too tired had to wait another 2 hours for another Driver. We finally leave get 2 hours outside of Denver bus break down blown head gasket. Driver not able to connect with headquarters in Dallas regarding the situation. Sat on side the road in the mountains 4 hours waiting for help. I got sick and 2 other passengers. Perimetics were called. One taken to the hospital. City bus came and took most of the passengers to the next stop in Fresno, Colorado. The other passengers remained behind with the Bus driver for a recovery bus. Yes Greyhound is will be refunding my money.
