The bus stop on Marbella was really bad.No screens working! Had to stand in queue to ask the ticketing agent which terminal to stand on. There was no queue. Was told that the bus could be on 10 or 11. As it turns out neither of the bus had my online ticket number on it. I was not alone people were putting bags and moving it from one bus to another as most people had the same problem. Finally they allowed us to board.
