Had a substitute bus...not an Avanza bus. Would have liked to have a usb charging port at the seat for the phone.
Smooth ride. Driver was excellent

Not a bad experience at all, was a little late on arrival but still good. Was forced to put my hand luggage in the hold, which I didn't like, it contained cameras, but apart from that everything was good.

The bus broke down and made multiple stops to let people off at different destinations. We needed the bus to be on time, and because it wasn’t we missed the final train into our following destination. Busses break down, so that is understandable, but the time it took to have it replaced and the excessive stops weren’t acceptable.

De buschauffeur sprak geen Engels.
Simple and straightforward, with a well placed break in the middle.

When I was boarding the bus, the driver told me that I couldn't eat on the bus and tried to prevent me from bringing food onboard. But when I got on and the bus departed, there was a woman who started eating a peach and nobody was stopping her. I don't know if it's just that the driver didn't see her or that it was actually okay to eat onboard but that he was giving me a hard time. When we stopped for the break at a resting point, the driver asked everyone to get off board. There was no staying on the bus because he got off too and closed the doors. Though it seemed a bit strange to me, because I've taken the buses several times and getting off was always optional at these bus stops, I assumed it was because he also had to take a break and couldn't be responsible for the people (despite me being an adult) that stayed onboard while he was not present. When everyone got back from the resting stop, most people had some sort of food in their hands. Not only did they carry the food on board, they were also eating and I'm sure the driver saw as he was doing a head count before he departed. He didn't stop anyone. I still don't understand why he told me that eating is not allowed onboard while it was okay for everybody else. I doubt it's the types of food because when people came back from the resting stop, they had all sorts of food: sandwiches, chips, etc. It was confusing and unpleasant as the time I was on the bus was right during dinner time and this was the first time it happened to me in Spain after taking the bus (different lines and operators) in many cities.

Left late, stopped for half hour break which meant we got into Valencia late.
The first seat is very crampy
Great bus trip to Valencia. Loved the service station.
No personal entertainment systems. Also in the first half of the journey the noise of the common tv screens was very loud.
first of all the departure point it wasn't clearly understandable and noone had info there was no info center in madrid T1 at all (i mean autores). secondly, a nice bus arrived and took us to the trip but then we stopped and we had to change the bus, the other wan was -1 comfort, no wifi, which must have bee provided by the ticket info, no AC, narrow seats and stinky smell (lack of the AC) FOR 5 HOURS!! the worst drive ever, only thing that was good was the stuff.
