First of all, once we reached the station we met one of Alsas employees who was so rude. We wanted to ask her a question but she shouted at us. Even when we got the answer it was not in a polite or a kind way. Then the bus itself is not clean rather dirty and the seats were uncomfortable. One of the seats was broken and there were insects in the bus. What was good is that the journey was punctual. However, we stayed in the bus for four hours without any break or rest. Very tiresome.
Excellent journey but it was cold on the bus and windy with the roof air vents .
I wasn’t pressed for time, but the bus was really late, although not necessarily the fault of the bus, could have been traffic problems.
