My bus was 30 minutes late arriving at Maroochydore. I was seated in seat 10D where Aircon had been turned off at the request of a young woman. The driver Rachael, was very apologetic but it made my trip unpleasant. I am 82 years old and as the bus was very crowded I was not inclined to make my way to the front and there were no other seats available anyway.
