Dirty, cramped, no sick bags, and the rest room stank of urine and God knows what!
I paid for priority seating. My boarding number was 1 and 2 and both times I waited in a line and the driver didn't go by number. Another customer said this is normal. I did not know this, this was my first time traveling on the bus. I just want what I pay for. I paid extra and I felt cheated!!!
