The saying the bus stop so slowly I missed my stop. I thought last stop Bonita Spring. People are sleeping. Make a note of it. Bathroom door didn’t close. Air conditioning was comfortable.

Your buss driver wouldn’t let Alexander on because he arrived a couple minutes early and didn’t want to get out to open the luggage. This was in Miami downtown leaving on the early bus. He then drove to the airport to get on the next stop and the same bus driver wouldn’t let him in because his ticket was from downtown Miami. He then had to pay for another ticket and wait until the next bus.

When I got on the bus in Miami to go to Naples there was 2 drivers. Not the one driving but the 2nd driver that actually drove me and dropped me off in Naples was extremely rude to the passengers. He yelled at a lady and was very demeaning to another. Also we got to naples 30 min late.

Bus was very comfortable but we had great difficulty finding out where to meet it. We were picking it up at Miami Airport.
A simple instruction of Door 25. Red bus stop 5 would have been much easier.
Surprised to find no official bus stop where it stopped in Naples. A grass verge out of town.
