The bus never showed up.
The bus was over an hour late. I tried to call customer service to get an update but no one answered. HORRIBLE service. Second time I have used Go Buses and both times the bus was over an hour late. Will not be using Go Buses again
Fortunately, I was late so it was better than having to wait for the 8pm bus... but it was an hour late
Had to take train instead
Was not on time. No way to track it, very dissatisfied.
2 hours late so if u want to waste ur time go right ahead and get some tickets
The bus had a really strong and bed smell the whole time. I do not want to be rude, but I would say it smelled like urine.
