This is the worst experience ever with bolt bus. The driver stopped 2 times to do things that we don’t know, he took the longest road i don’t know why, he doesn’t know how to use the heat because it was extremely hot.everybody was anxious and angry, not to mention that we arrive 3 to 4 hours late to new haven. I would never recommend this bus . Never
Overall, it was the first time I took the bus. I am not satisfied in the one hour late. However I will take one more time to make sure the late just accidentally happens.
Bus was almost 2h hours late. The people waiting for the next bus came before our bus arrived. Called multiple times but nobody knew where it was. The seat I took was broken and rocking and hurt my neck. There was no room, wifi did not work, and the power outlets were not working. Overall terrible experience and after my round trip is over I won’t be returning.
My first bus was three hours late which made me miss my second bus. They did not provide replacement of the second bus and couldn’t tell us if there was one coming or not. We got to Boston only because a Bolt bus driver was nice enough to let us on his bus.
My first bus was over an hour late and the booth operator knew nothing for most of that time. Then, hel told me that my connecting bus would wait for me because he had called it’s driver. However when I arrived at, my bus had left and I had to wait an extra hour and a half for the next bus, which was ALSO forty minutes late, making for over two extra hours of unnecessary travel time.
I had the worst travel experience I’ve ever had yesterday with Greyhound. My ticket indicated that I phad a bus from New Haven to Hartford, then a transfer in Hartford, in order to get from Hartford to Boston. The first bus was 40 minutes late. Once I got to Hartford, the second bus had already left, so my only option was to wait 2.5 hours for the next transfer, which was arriving at 1:20 AM for a 1.5 hour trip to Boston. I should’ve gotten to Boston at 11:15 PM originally, but the offer I was given would get me to Boston at 3:00 AM. I found alternate, earlier transportation and did not board the late bus. What a huge disappointment and an unorganized, embarrassing system.
