This is the worst experience ever with bolt bus. The driver stopped 2 times to do things that we don’t know, he took the longest road i don’t know why, he doesn’t know how to use the heat because it was extremely hot.everybody was anxious and angry,not to mention that we arrive 3 to 4 hours late to new haven. I would never recommend this bus . Never

The bus was super late and I missed a meeting I had in Boston because of it. Don't rely on it.
The driver stopped at Burger King causing a 2 and a half hour delay.

Pretty good bus experience

Great driver and friendly
i had to buy another train ticket to Hardford and get the bus from there.
Overall, it was the first time I took the bus. I am not satisfied in the one hour late. However I will take one more time to make sure the late just accidentally happens.

Bus was almost 2h hours late. The people waiting for the next bus came before our bus arrived. Called multiple times but nobody knew where it was. The seat I took was broken and rocking and hurt my neck. There was no room, wifi did not work, and the power outlets were not working. Overall terrible experience and after my round trip is over I won’t be returning.

My first bus was three hours late which made me miss my second bus. They did not provide replacement of the second bus and couldn’t tell us if there was one coming or not. We got to Boston only because a Bolt bus driver was nice enough to let us on his bus.
