I am very satisfied traveling with Greyhound.
It was no air on the bus it was 95 degrees and the bus was 100 degrees because the air conditioner wasn't working but I made home
It was too cold, not as clean as megabus. All in all having the compartment I'd rather travel with megabus than greyhound
Please alert customers when bus is going to be upwards of 2 hours late.
Had to catch later bus because of delay
My bus was at 7 and everyone had to wait for the next bus at 8:30
I did not realize to be at the start of the line. Consequently I was seated just in front of the toilet.
Great trip !
They throughout the bags on ground
It's June. Don't send out buses that are going to inevitably run late without AC. It was a nightmare.
Great job from drivers
I missed my connection because the bus was late. Employees on Harrison were rude and not helpful.
Very pleasant ride this morning
Missed my connecting train because the bus ride took way longer than it said it would when I booked my trip. They know there will be traffic and they should include that time when you are booking a trip. I'm 19 and trying to go home from college for thanksgiving and I was stuck in Chicago by myself because there were no other connecting trains.
