I came from NYC to Va. Our bus broke down in Newark, NJ. After only coming from NYC. They had to send a bus from NYC. It took about 2 hours to receive the new bus. I was supposed to arrive in VA at 10:30pm. I didn’t arrive until 2:30. The bus driver was very comforting and doing his best in the situation. I think whomever is in charge of maintaining the upkeep of the bus needs to do a better job of making sure the bus is ready for travel so these situations can be avoided in the future.
