No me at the station would answer questions about reasons for delay or possible bus arrival time.
Loading the bus took more than an hour, which resulted in departure time being delayed close to an hour and a half.
The driver was very rude and disrespectful towards passengers.

Bus arrived into transfer station close two two hours late, causing the connection bus to be missed.
No one was helpful at connecting station to answer questions about re-booking the missed bus.
Online costumer service representatives were not helpful and offered unreasonable waiting times( 15 hours and such).

Other than the 3 hour layover we spent waiting for a driver in Richmond Virginia, the trip was relaxing and pleasure. Doesn't Greyhound have a straight through bus to NC from Port Authority or at least one that doesn't layover in Richmond for such a long period of time?
