I used the ouibus app for my tickets, after being encouraged by the website to do so, and it took us to the wrong location and we missed out bus. It has been an incredibly frustrating experience and we still haven't gotten out of Antwerp.
You dont have any schedules, our bus was 1,5 h late and our driver keep over than 1 hour MCDONALDS breaks. I will send you another claim because I want my moneys back.
The bus was 1h30mins late, the driver took a 45 minute coffeebreak while we waited outside the bus since the driver said it would be a 20 minutes break. We were late from Amsterdam about 1:30h. The bus was nice though
I waited for 2 hours in Binnensingel 189 Antwerpen but the bus did not came. There other 9 people were waiting for the bus, after waiting such a long time we were forced to buy a train ticket to amsterdam. Now I would like to get my money back. It was just disgusting. I am sorry
