The bus stopped in Rotterdam, close to nothing. The toilet in the bus was locked & not working. Think the bus’s wheel alignment is out, there was a constant tremor. The watch inside the bus was 45 min behind. Our driver exercised harsh breaking a few times.
The window on the bus broke off completely so we were driving on a highway with NO window at all. Then we arrived in paris almost 2 hours late. We were on the bus for 10 hours and it was absolutely ridiculous.
The drive was great we arrived earlier then expected. Just a bummer that there are no usb charging points to charge phones. I personally got stuck with no battery also because my portable charger ran out of battery sooner that I thought. Maybe a good idea to add it to the bus.
I wanted to switch my bus to an earlier time. I went to the station and was unable to exchange my ticket. Instead, I had to pay full price for another ticket rather than just pay the 5 euro I was supposed to for an exchange.
Driver was not approachable, and did not communicate anything. We were worried we were on the wrong bus as the driver never said the final destination of the route.
Good he was waiting for the passengers around 20 minutes before leave Amsterdam, but we got in Paris late. Good distances between the seats. Bad: no wi fi or place to charge the phones.
It was a couple of minutes late for departure, but the main thing that was annoying was that the map seat when purchasing the ticket didnt match the actual seating numbers on the bus.
Very hard to find where the bus stop was, had no help loading luggage on the bus - had to climb under bus and rearrange luggage of everyone already on board with no help from driver until very end when he said there was space on the other side. Bus air conditioning was also very bad and would have liked if there were more places to charge devices. When we got on the bus our seats were taken also.
No Aircon or working toilet. Ended up being 3 hours late, driver didn’t care and still took a 30min break just outside of Paris. Would not take Ouibus again.
1- i left a parcel which i was bought from Amsterdam as Holland's souvenirs in the bus and exactly after left the bus station in Paris and I called the bus company , they did not reply and said nothing about it was very disappointing. The bus was not full. 2- the toilets was very dirty and unusable.
Experience was good. However, the boarding process was bit confused as there are no clear details which Bus to board as many people were moving here and there to check there buses.
Did not stop at a proper lunch place only on the side of a road near a eurolines office, would be nice to have shown movie for a long trip. Was not allowed to sit in front row of bus
Terrible trip .We were freezing in the bus because of air condition and the driver ,that didn't want to change anything .Also toilet didn't work properly .We will never travel with this company again .
The bus stopped near Brussels for almost 2 hours because your staff made some errors in booking. Bus started late and arrived late. Probably the last time I travel with eurolines
The bus left later than it was planned to leave and then arrived early, but so early that the parking structure was still closed. There were also several stops along the way. It seems to me that the bus could have left later and with less stops along the way, arrived so that we were not sitting on the bus at the arrival location for about 1 hour.
