Everytime i book a seat i always get located to the rear end of the bus since i travel alone. Furthermore 5 seats at the back makes ot extremely uncomfortable for everyone
Users generally found the booking process easy and appreciated the consistency of service. However, there were concerns about safety due to an incident involving abrupt braking by a driver and issues with bus maintenance, such as excessive noise and vibrations during travel. Additionally, non-functional toilets on buses were noted in several reviews.
Flixbus Porto Lisbon recent customer reviews
Our driver decided to “punish” somebody who stood in the aisle while the bus was in motion, reaching up to get something out of their backpack in the luggage rack, overhead, by slamming on the brakes really hard twice in a row, which caused everybody else in the bus to lurch forward in their seats. Unsafe. Road rage should not be allowed in a bus driver.
