On 21 December 2025, I traveled from Puerto Natales to Hotel Lago Grey. There was an unexpected change of bus at Pudeto, which Bus-Sur had not informed me of in advance. In addition, the second driver, operating the route from Pudeto, drove in a circular route between Pudeto and Camping Paine Grande three times without providing any explanation to the passengers. The driver did not speak English and made no effort to communicate the reason for this delay, which caused confusion among all passengers.
As a result, I arrived at Hotel Lago Grey at 11:50 instead of the scheduled arrival time of 11:30, resulting in a 20-minute delay. I would appreciate an explanation as to why Bus-Sur did not inform passengers in advance about the bus change, and why the driver repeatedly drove in a circle without proceeding directly to the next stop or providing any explanation.
Furthermore, at Pudeto, where the bus transfer took place, there were several buses parked without clear destination signs. Many passengers were confused about which bus they were supposed to take. I strongly suggest that the company improve its organization and signage at this transfer point to make the process clearer and more systematic.
In addition, on the return journey from Hotel Lago Grey to Puerto Natales, the new bus driver did not allow passengers to check in or board the bus, even though he was already inside the bus at 17:05, while the scheduled departure time was 17:15. During this time, the wind outside was extremely strong, making the waiting conditions uncomfortable and unsafe.

The coldest and most uncomfortable journey. The temperature inside the bus was 6 degrees and when we asked to put the heating on, were told "no funcciona".
