However, some customers have mentioned that buses left early without waiting for passengers who arrived on time. Additionally, there were multiple stops before reaching the bus terminal in Punta Arenas which some customers would have preferred to know in advance. Overall though, the service is considered professional and dependable with excellent customer satisfaction.
The bus was 1.5 hours late to the airport, police stopped the bus and questioned a drinking passenger, the company employees didn't do anything, other passengers went to police and argued to release the passenger so that everyone could go. If a passenger breaks the law, the rest of the whole bus shouldn't be waiting for 1.5 hours, the passengers who didn't break any laws have to be transported to the destination on time. Bus employees are incompetent.
