The AC did not work. The bus had to cone back to Raleigh. We had to wait for the AC to get fix or get another bus. When a lady asked the drive about what was being done. He yelled at her. She got upset and yelled back at him. He then told her she will not be riding the bus. To find another way of getting to her destination. My daughter called Raleigh greyhound station to see if I was on the bus. My daughter was told I didn't purchases a bus ticket and I was not on the bus. My daughter called the Raleigh police department to have them check and make sure me and the other passengers was ok! A 3 hours trip took 5 hours to get to Wilmington, NC from Raleigh, NC! I will never ride greyhound bus again. And I plan on letting everyone I know on social media know about my bad experience I had with greyhound!
