The bus was very modern and air-conditioning was great! The driver was very courteous and helpful in letting me know where to get off. Making my reservation I chose Harvey's to get off but the name was changed to Caesars pickup which caused me confusion

A great trip. A comfortable shuttle, an efficient drive. The check-in desk is behind the rental car desks and slightly difficult to find but this is not their fault - this is due to the layout of the Reno airport. A very friendly staff.
