I do not appreciate the lack of communication from flixbus about the delays or the bus drivers lack of urgency after all the delays and the bus breaking down.
Need to bring back the outlets
There is never an outlet. And the buses don’t accommodate new phone charger cables. WiFi never works. Ever.

The bus came an hour after it’s departure time. The location on the ticket was the wrong one. When the bus arrived, the bus driver announced that there was never supposed to be a bus stop in Richmond and that the bus was full and no one waiting at Richmond was allowed on. Basically everyone waiting for the December 31st 12:30am Wanda Coach bus from Richmond to New York got scammed. I highly suggest removing this bus company from the list of options.
