It was comfortable and somewhat clean. However, my ticket never indicated stopping and given all the stops, I ended up 2 hours later than I expected at the airport. Then the bus driver would not allow us to get our luggage until everyone was off the bus, when explained I am in a rush he walked away. I do not appreciate the lack of communication from flixbus about the delays or the bus drivers lack of urgency after all the delays and the bus breaking down.

There is never an outlet. And the buses don’t accommodate new phone charger cables. WiFi never works. Ever.

The driver was literally yelling at the phone amost all the journey, at least for 5 hours, talking in a extremely agressive way. Also the bathroom has a terrible smell. Each time someone opened it, it seemed like we could pass out from it.

The driver safely delivered us to our destination in fast time. Boarding was easy. However, the r add in caused the bus to leak in various locations, particularly, next to where I was seated. It was also difficult, well impossible for the customer service agent to tell me exactly what part of the Walmart parking lot I should be at to wait for the bus.
