I purchased my ticket using the online site. I didn't get any sort of discount at all. But I found out that for reasons beyond my control I needed to cancel. I contacted the site I purchased from but they couldn't do anything. In short I tried to cancel 12 hours before the scheduled trip and I couldn't. That was a total waste of money. Last time for that.
