Took 4 hours longer than scheduled. Terrible communication. Made us change coach after a 40 minute stop in a thunderstorm with no reason or apology given. Tried to get us off the coach again because there weren't enough seats but we refused. Avoid avoid avoid.

Bus got cancelled had to wait 4hr for the next bus to come which I got transferred to. Overall we arrived 2+hrs late in Plovdiv. However all be it this was not there fault but due to the customs and border checks
