The bus departed on time but arrived 1 1/2 later than planned to our destination. So 12 1/2 hours from Sucre to La Paz instead of planned 11 hours. Besides there was no wi-fi and the window on our side was broken so we could not look through it. Felt locked in Finally the lights did not work over seats.

The seats were comfortable but beyond that we had a poor experience. The staff were rude and very unhelpful. They seemed to be putting a lot of cargo into the luggage hold instead of passengers luggage and left us waiting a long time to load our bags, I imagine not everyone’s bags would have fit in the hold because of this. The AC was too high so it was very cold. They allowed sellers on the bus. Many other passengers took calls or played videos aloud all night long.

The radiator beside my seat was boiling hot, I had to change into shorts during the journey, still way too hot and not able to sleep due to heat. My friends in other seats, on the contrary were freezing and had to add extra layers and found it too cold to sleep. I wouldn’t call the seats 180 degrees. Legs at a 45 degree angle, and back reclines to approx 75 degrees (the head of your seat is essentially in the person behind your seats lap) . Didn’t sleep due to above

Great bus, left late, stopped 20 k from the final destination by a strike and had the toughest walk of my life.

The driver was good and the bathroom was quiet clean (thank goodness) but the temperature was absolutely freezing. Even with a warm sweater, a coat on my lap and a scarf around my upper body I was extremely cold. This made it difficult to get a good sleep.
